IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


be responsible for delivering best in class recruitment experience and positioning our organization as a great place to work to attract, engage, and onboard the right candidates. This role also requires developing and implementing key strategies for the assigned business units while streamlining workflows, ensuring governance, and implementing effective recruitment solutions.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of a robust Talent Acquisition process which is aligned with the PTCL Group’s strategy while minimizing the overall time to hire and ensuring quality and diversity in hiring.
  • Establish strong relationships and collaborate with hiring Managers and Business Growth Partner to understand the needs of the roles to be filled aligned with PTCL Group Values, Culture and the Recruitment & Selection policy. Knowing & categorizing all Stakeholders & required processes to manage their expectations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating with candidates while making ensure that selected talent must be agile and a cultural fit by providing positive candidate experience.
  • Develop best recruitment strategies to market, attract, screen, evaluate, select, induct and engage the suitable candidates to enhance diversity, performance, culture and retention.
  • Run Processes & propose and implement unification of systems and procedures.
  • Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk and other social media avenues to attract and find talent.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses and encourages to build diverse and inclusive teams allowing enhanced perspectives and productivity.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets and maintaining the head count of critical and budgeted positions.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional data analysis, reporting, and analytical skills. Continues to innovate to come up with ideas and ways that radically simplify the candidate and hiring manager experiences. Developing data analytics dashboards for deriving meaningful insights to provide innovative solutions.
  • Timely update the hiring managers of successfully filled positions and onboard the successful candidates.
  • Build effective & engaged Talent Teams.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

  • Professional Degree from HEC recognized university in Business administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management

Experience:

  • Professional Experience in the field of Human Resources

Competencies:

  • The individual should have sound work ethic, sense of urgency and be tech savvy and have the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Should have excellent interviewing skills to be able to access candidates within a limited time slot
  • Should have strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
