Senior Education & Visa Advisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Education Consultant / Counsellor to guide students in pursuing international study opportunities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, solid knowledge of global education systems, and hands-on experience in student recruitment and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised academic counselling to students regarding programs, universities, and study destinations
• Guide students and parents on application timelines, admission requirements, and documentation
• Prepare, review, and submit university applications with accuracy
• Maintain complete student records from inquiry to final admission
• Follow up on leads and counselling appointments, ensuring conversions and timely updates
• Stay updated on university policies, visa rules, and scholarship opportunities
• Participate in student seminars, events, expos, and marketing activities when required
• Communicate professionally through in-person meetings, calls, and emails

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in student counselling, recruitment, or international education
• Strong knowledge of major study destinations (UK, Australia, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and digital communication tools
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
