About The Role
Apna is looking for a
Talent Acquisition leader
to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for both
Tech/Product
and
Non-Tech (Sales, Ops, Support)
teams in a hyper-growth environment. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, team leadership, and the ability to run high-velocity hiring with quality and predictability.
What You'll Own

Lead & mentor the TA team, setting goals, processes & review rhythm.

Run end-to-end hiring across tech, product, sales, operations & business teams.

Build strong relationships with Founders, CXOs & functional heads.

Drive funnel metrics, demand planning, workforce forecasting & dashboards.

Implement sourcing strategies, referral programs & employer branding interventions.

Partner with BUH & Finance on headcount planning & budgeting.

Maintain high quality-of-hire while managing volume, speed & candidate experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial role

In-depth knowledge of local labor markets and industry trends

Experience in fostering inclusive recruitment practices and promoting diversity

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
