Location: Head Office, Ghaziabad

Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager – Taxation. The ideal candidate must have a strong background exclusively in taxation with more than 20 years of proven expertise. The role requires in-depth knowledge of GST, Excise, litigation, and legal matters related to taxation.

This is a critical position where only candidates with a taxation-focused career will be considered. Background in Accounts or Finance will not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all taxation-related matters of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Excise, and other applicable tax laws.
• Handle tax assessments, audits, and litigation efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on taxation issues and legal compliances.
• Liaise with tax authorities and legal consultants as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 20+ years of experience exclusively in Taxation.
• Strong exposure to GST, Excise, litigation, and legal issues related to taxation.
• Qualification: B.Com / CA Inter /MBA
• Proven track record of managing taxation independently at a senior level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and compliance-oriented approach.

Note:

• Only candidates with full-fledged taxation experience will be considered.
• Accounts and Finance experience will not be relevant for this role.
