What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for strengthening the Total Rewards strategy through thoughtful design, data-backed insights, and operational excellence. The focus is on building compensation and benefits structures that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational values and talent goals.


You will lead benchmarking, policy development, and process improvements that support CCL in attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent.


You Are Good At

  • Conducting detailed Rewards analysis using internal data and market insights.
  • Implementing Total Rewards strategies that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Developing and maintaining salary structures aligned with grading and performance frameworks.
  • Reviewing and updating Rewards policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and exits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned and high-impact outcomes.


What You’ll Bring

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret Rewards trends and translate these into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay-for-performance models.
  • Familiarity with multi-country compensation practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on equity, transparency, and impact.
