Senior Manager / VP - Digital Operations

NCRi Solutions is looking for a Senior Manager / VP - Digital Operations for one of the biggest Conglomerate clients based in UAE to ensuring the stability, performance, and smooth operation of all digital production platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of React Native and mobile app architecture, including performance tuning, release processes, crash/ANR diagnostics, and mobile platform constraints.
• Good understanding of backend/API technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL) with awareness of API reliability, versioning, scalability, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, logging, and automated deployment workflows (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of database and caching technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and their impact on availability, latency, and throughput.
• Strong observability mindset, covering logs, metrics, tracing, crash analytics, synthetic monitoring, and proactive incident detection.
• Understanding of operational security, including OAuth2/OIDC, secret management, certificate handling, encryption, and secure data flow policies.
• Experience overseeing release management, app store processes, environment promotion, configuration consistency, and multi-platform version control.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and guide engineering, QA, infrastructure, and business teams toward resolution.

Core Competencies:

• 8+ years of experience in digital technology, including operating or supporting large-scale mobile, web, and backend platforms in production.
• 5+ years managing production environments (mobile apps, APIs, cloud services), including incident response, release management, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital platforms in production, including mobile apps, APIs, and cloud services.
• Track record of improving platform stability, performance, and operational efficiency (reduced incidents, improved SLAs, stronger reliability metrics).
• Experience operating high-traffic consumer or enterprise applications, with focus on uptime, resilience, and user experience.
• Strong background working in agile and DevOps-driven environments, with mature CI/CD, monitoring, and release processes.
• Experience leading operations for complex enterprise ecosystems, including multi-system integrations and vendor coordination.
