Senior Manager/ML & Advanced Analytics

Job Description

The Senior Manager of Machine Learning Ops Engineers leads a team that focuses on the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning solutions in production environments to ensure high efficiency and reliability

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development and implementation of ML systems in production.
• Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to transition algorithms from prototyping to production.
• Optimize ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of ML models.
• Develop and maintain a monitoring system for deployed models to ensure they perform as expected.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the MLOps team.
• Ensuring the reliability and robustness of machine learning systems in production.
• Achieving targeted performance metrics and system uptime.
• Compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Timely update and iteration of ML models in response to new data and feedback.
• Budget management and resource allocation for the MLOps function

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related role
