Senior Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst who will own performance marketing analytics and business reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in analyzing Meta and Google Ads data, building MIS dashboards, and deriving actionable insights to drive growth and ROI.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and business analytics, working closely with the Growth, Brand, and Leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, LTV, and cohort performance
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI
  • Monitor funnel performance and drop-offs
  • Conduct A/B test analysis and performance benchmarking

2. MIS & Reporting

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
  • Build automated reporting systems (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
  • Present marketing insights to leadership in a structured format
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in data reporting

3. Business Analytics

  • Analyze revenue, customer acquisition trends, retention metrics
  • Cohort analysis and LTV modeling
  • Budget allocation analysis across channels
  • Forecasting and performance projections
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-backed insights

4. Data & Tools Management

  • Work with attribution tools, analytics platforms, and CRM data
  • Ensure tracking accuracy (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs)
  • Collaborate with performance marketing managers and agencies

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics or business analytics
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads reporting
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
  • Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in D2C / e-commerce brands preferred
  • Ability to convert data into actionable business insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
