 This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and business analytics, working closely with the Growth, Brand, and Leadership teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. Performance Marketing Analytics
 
 
 <ul>

 Analyze campaign performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads
 </li>
 <li>
 Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, LTV, and cohort performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor funnel performance and drop-offs
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct A/B test analysis and performance benchmarking
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. MIS &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>

 Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Build automated reporting systems (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
 </li>
 <li>
 Present marketing insights to leadership in a structured format
 </li>

 Maintain accuracy and consistency in data reporting
 </li>

 3. Business Analytics

 4. Data &amp; Tools Management

 Work with attribution tools, analytics platforms, and CRM data

 Ensure tracking accuracy (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs)
 </li>

 Collaborate with performance marketing managers and agencies
 </li>

 Key Skills &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics or business analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager &amp; Google Ads reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

 The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for the company&rsquo;s operations.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 1. Procurement &amp; Sourcing
 
 
 ● Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
