 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for the company&rsquo;s operations. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards, timely delivery, and strong vendor relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull;Review purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
 
 
 &bull;Work directly with vendors on readiness, delivery updates and issue resolution.
 
 
 &bull;Follow up on open orders, monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
 
 
 &bull;Maintain up-to-date records of shipment timelines, inventory levels.
 
 
 &bull;Coordinate with warehouse, finance, logistics and internal teams on order requirements.
 
 
 &bull;Track inventory levels and assist with routine stock updates.
 
 
 &bull;Support quality checks, dispatch coordination and courier follow-ups when required.
 
 
 &bull;Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval workflows.
 
 
 &bull;Perform other day-to-day procurement tasks as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 
 &bull;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
 
 
 &bull;Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain coordination is an advantage.
 
 
 &bull;Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
 
 
 &bull;Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal Team members.
 
 
 &bull;Proficiency in MS Office Excel and google sheets.
 
 
 &bull;Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
 
 
 &bull;Language proficiency: English, Hindi and Tamil.
