 The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for the company&rsquo;s operations. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards, timely delivery, and strong vendor relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull;Review purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
 
 
 &bull;Work directly with vendors on readiness, delivery updates and issue resolution.
 
 
 &bull;Follow up on open orders, monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
 
 
 &bull;Maintain up-to-date records of shipment timelines, inventory levels.
 
 
 &bull;Coordinate with warehouse, finance, logistics and internal teams on order requirements.
 
 
 &bull;Track inventory levels and assist with routine stock updates.
 
 
 &bull;Support quality checks, dispatch coordination and courier follow-ups when required.
 
 
 &bull;Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval workflows.
 
 
 &bull;Perform other day-to-day procurement tasks as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 
 &bull;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
 
 
 &bull;Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain coordination is an advantage.
 
 
 &bull;Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
 
 
 &bull;Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal Team members.
 
 
 &bull;Proficiency in MS Office Excel and google sheets.
 
 
 &bull;Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
 
 
 &bull;Language proficiency: English, Hindi and Tamil.

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a D2C Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer business. The role will focus on order processing, coordination with warehouse and logistics partners, inventory tracking, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across online sales channels.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Order &amp; Platform Operations
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage daily order processing across D2C platforms (Website / Marketplace / Shopify, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely order confirmation, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to resolve order-related issues
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Inventory &amp; Supply Coordination
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track inventory levels and flag low stock situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for replenishment
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate SKU-level data
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Logistics &amp; Returns
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or delivery exceptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage returns, exchanges, and RTOs as per defined SOPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with courier partners for issue resolution
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Customer Experience Support
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quick resolution of complaints and escalations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with customer support teams to maintain service standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Reporting &amp; Process Improvement
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (orders, deliveries, returns)
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Support SOP documentation and compliance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in
 
 D2C / E-commerce Operations
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with order management systems and dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce / Marketplaces (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong coordination and follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Excel skills (order tracking, reports, reconciliation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Operations preferred)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred (Nice to Have)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of COD, RTO, and return management
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to customer support tools
 </li>
