Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Key Account Manager – Online Sales
to manage and grow our presence across
E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms
. This role will own platform relationships, drive revenue growth, improve visibility, and ensure strong execution across listings, promotions, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Platform Management
-
Manage end-to-end relationships with
E-commerce platforms
(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and
Quick Commerce platforms
(Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, etc.)

Act as the primary point of contact for platform category managers

Negotiate commercials, margins, visibility plans, and platform-led campaigns
Sales & Growth
-
Own
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
across platforms
-
Plan and execute
sales calendars, promotions, and mega events
-
Drive GMV growth through pricing, assortment expansion, and offer strategy
Listings, Visibility & Execution
-
Ensure
catalog hygiene
: accurate listings, content, images, ratings & reviews
-
Drive visibility through banners, search, platform ads, and brand stores
-
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely launches and campaigns
Supply Chain & Operations
-
Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain to ensure
healthy fill rates

Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, and replenishment cycles
-
Minimise OOS and improve service levels across platforms
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track KPIs such as
GMV, ROAS, conversion, availability, and share of voice

Analyse platform reports and identify growth opportunities
-
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reviews with actionable insights
Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in
Key Account Management / Online Sales

Hands-on experience with
E-commerce and/or Quick Commerce platforms
-
Strong understanding of
platform commercials, promotions, and metrics
-
Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel / dashboards
-
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
Good to Have

Experience in
D2C, FMCG, personal care, or consumer brands
-
Prior exposure to platform ads or joint business planning (JBP)
-
Experience managing
quick turnaround environments (Q-Com)
