Senior Marketing Associate

As a full-time Senior Marketing Associate, you will serve as a critical partner to the Marketing Manager, supporting the execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing initiatives across the organization.

The Senior Marketing Associate is expected to take on a high level of ownership across projects. This position requires a well-rounded marketing professional with experience across communications, branding, digital marketing, and sales support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable—capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and contributing both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for marketing operations, stepping in to manage projects and priorities as needed
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and content that address both B2B (trade partners, retailers, designers) and B2C (end consumers) audiences.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of retail point-of-sale materials, including inventory, distribution, and fulfillment reporting.
  • Develop, write, and refine marketing content across channels—including product copy, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Manage and maintain digital assets, including photography organization, archiving, and accessibility
  • Partner with web development resources to support website updates, including product content and imagery
  • Assist in tracking and managing department expenses, including reporting, coding, and budget monitoring
  • Participate in and contribute to creative ideation, campaign development, and content planning sessions
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall team productivity
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events and trade shows, ensuring seamless delivery and strong brand impact
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing forward new ideas and recommendations
  • Provide leadership and guidance on projects, including delegating tasks when appropriate to support team efficiency
  • Strong working knowledge of integrated marketing functions, including digital, print, and communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Comfortable taking initiative, assuming ownership, and stepping into leadership responsibilities as needed

· Minimum 3–5 years of marketing or related experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
