Job Description:
OTJ is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to assist with the development of proposals, content, and provide day-to-day marketing support. The position is remote, but can be adjusted to a hybrid arrangement for candidates who live close to one of our OTJ locations.

- Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines
- Demonstrates ability to successfully deliver on assigned projects with minimal errors and supervision from manager
- Communicates clearly with managing team members
- Actively assists team members across multiple projects
- Demonstrates clear understanding of project pursuit process
- Provides general marketing support for the development of materials that are graphically compelling and consistent with the OTJ brand, including but not limited to: Proposals, presentations, project authorizations, online surveys, project close-outs
- Assists with scheduling and coordination of project, event, and staff photography as needed
- Provides event support as needed
- Provides communications support as needed (social media, website, award submissions, general writing, etc.)
- Maintains and updates digital marketing library (certificates of insurance, resumes, proposal templates, etc.)
- Identifies opportunities and takes initiative to provide support for additional ancillary marketing functions
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of AEC marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (architecture or interior design professionals are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage and solve problems with minimal direction
- Ability to manage up
- College-level writing skills with an eye for graphic design
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AEC industry
