Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is a key leader within the Marketing Department responsible for developing, organizing, and executing high-impact marketing strategies that elevate the Swet brand and drive consistent member traffic. This role requires creativity, strong communication, data-driven planning, and the ability to guide junior marketing staff to ensure the brand maintains the highest level of professionalism and quality across all content and marketing touchpoints.

This individual must understand nightlife, entertainment, private membership culture, and Swet’s brand identity to ensure all marketing materials align with the club’s image, tone, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop weekly and monthly marketing plans that align with business goals and projected revenue targets.
  • Plan themes, campaigns, promotions, and content calendars at least 1–2 weeks ahead of schedule.
  • Stay updated on competitor activity (e.g., Deviant, FreakZone, etc.) and provide strategy recommendations.
  • Ensure all flyers, content, promotions, and updates are posted on time across all platforms.

2. Content Management

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, eye-catching graphics, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Review and approve all marketing content before it is published.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, colors, logos, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative team members to maintain a strong visual presence.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for the marketing team, providing leadership, direction, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to generate concepts, share ideas, and deliver A-1 content.
  • Provide weekly feedback to the marketing team regarding performance and expectations.
  • Train and guide new marketing hires on Swet marketing standards.

4. Digital & Social Media Oversight

  • Oversee all Swet Lounge digital platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, website, and text/email systems.
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
  • Monitor social media analytics and member engagement to adjust strategies.

5. Email, Text & Membership Communication

  • Ensure weekly email blasts, text blasts, and membership updates are created and sent on time.
  • Work alongside Membership Support to ensure promotions and updates are clearly communicated.

6. Data & Reporting

  • Review weekly attendance, membership numbers, and sales data to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Provide recommendations based on trends and insights.
  • Track performance of each theme night and marketing campaign.

7. Event & Theme Coordination

  • Develop theme concepts that are aligned with member interests and current trends.
  • Explain the purpose and revenue strategy behind each theme.
  • Ensure marketing for all events is completed and released on schedule.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
