We are now looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with strong technical expertise in CRM operations and digital marketing tools to strengthen our outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms, particularly Zoho and HubSpot, ensuring smooth integration and efficient usage across teams.
• Utilize Shopify features for e-commerce and online engagement initiatives, including campaign tracking and performance analysis.
• Design engaging marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, aligned with Tri-Star Education’s brand identity.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
• Generate reports and insights from CRM and campaign data to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Outreach and Admissions teams to enhance lead management and student engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, CRM upgrades, and design trends to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in education, consultancy, or services industry.
• Hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Shopify.
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
