We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing (DM) strategies with a strong focus on event coordination, lead generation, and end-to-end campaign development.
This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including content creation, pipeline generation, creative development, brand marketing, cooperative communication, B2B marketing, strategic planning, budget management, and field marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creative thinking, strategic execution, and hands-on experience across digital and physical marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end event planning for virtual and on-ground events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
- Handle event logistics, branding, vendor coordination, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Align event strategy with overall marketing goals and pipeline objectives.
Digital Marketing (DM) & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC, remarketing, display ads).
- Drive lead generation strategies that support pipeline growth and conversion.
Content Writing & Creative Development
- Write, edit, and manage engaging B2B content for digital campaigns, websites, emailers, social media, event collateral, and more.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop visually compelling marketing materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and campaigns.
Pipeline Development & Campaign Management
- Build and manage robust marketing pipelines that align with sales and revenue goals.
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive demand and awareness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize for ROI and lead quality.
Brand Marketing & Cooperative Communication
- Strengthen brand positioning and visibility through consistent messaging and creative execution.
- Drive co-branded marketing efforts and partner communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and partner teams.
B2B & Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support business goals and new market opportunities.
- Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, and persona development for campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across initiatives.
Budgeting & Field Marketing
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources across campaigns and events.
- Support and execute field marketing activities in key regions to engage local audiences and partners.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of field initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and event coordination.
- Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
