To lead, plan, and execute on-ground marketing and community engagement initiatives across the assigned region to strengthen Magrabi Health’s awareness and visibility, enhance brand consistency among facilities, and drive patient acquisition through impactful community activations, corporate partnerships, and events.

Responsibilities

On-Ground Marketing & Activations

  • Plan and execute regional marketing activations and community events in malls, schools, universities, and corporates.
  • Support launches of new doctors, services, and facilities through localized awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines in all regional activities.

2. Community Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and sustain partnerships with schools, universities, corporates, NGOs, and fitness or community groups for awareness, screening, and CSR events.
  • Coordinate participation in conferences/exhibitions, municipal, and health-related events to strengthen brand presence.

3. Regional Brand & Content Management

  • Collaborate with doctors and operations to develop relevant marketing content, including testimonials, health-day campaigns, new doctor announcements, and focus-doctor highlights.
  • Oversee production and delivery of marketing materials (brochures, banners, screens, giveaways) per approved corporate designs.
  • Monitor signage, internal branding, and digital content across branches per designated region to ensure alignment and timely updates.

4. Event Coordination & Execution

  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and setup for regional events, ensuring professional execution and brand compliance.
  • Supervise photo/video shoots and ensure timely submission of materials for social media and marketing use.
  • Track post-event outcomes, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain an updated calendar of regional activations and visits.
  • Submit monthly reports summarizing key activities, partnerships, and ROI results.
  • Coordinate with CRM and telemarketing teams to monitor patient leads, appointments, and conversions from marketing initiatives.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
    • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
    • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
