A well-established real estate development firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead strategic marketing efforts across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate marketing expertise, creative vision, and a results-driven approach to support project launches, branding, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Manage advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital marketing across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and project promotion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.
- Oversee creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, videos, and project signage.
- Organize launch events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and brand consistency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the real estate development or property sector.
- Proven track record of successfully executing real estate project marketing campaigns.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
