Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong brand identity across all stores and digital platforms
• Plan and execute festive, wedding, promotional, and retail marketing campaigns
• Drive showroom footfall and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives
• Manage social media campaigns, digital ads, and online lead generation
• Oversee creative development including catalogues, jewellery shoots, videos, and campaign creatives
• Coordinate exhibitions, influencer collaborations, PR activities, and store events
• Track campaign ROI, marketing budgets, and performance analytics
• Lead and manage the marketing team, agencies, and external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries
• Strong understanding of retail marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies
• Hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, and campaign analytics
• Creative mindset with strong attention to luxury branding and visual presentation
• Experience in campaign planning, event management, PR, and influencer collaborations
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize campaign effectiveness
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
