Senior Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for secondary/ready properties across Meta, Google, SMS, email, and WhatsApp
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to launch and optimize lead generation campaigns
• Assist in creating property marketing content, ad copy, and promotional materials
• Coordinate listing promotions and exclusive property campaigns

Property Portal Management

• Manage and optimize listings across Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portals
• Coordinate featured listings, boosts, banners, and exposure campaigns
• Monitor listing quality, lead volume, and listing performance
• Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and market-ready

Broker & Office Coordination

• Support agents across multiple office locations with marketing requirements
• Coordinate campaign launches, property promotions, and marketing requests
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation efforts

Events & Vendor Coordination

• Support the execution of open houses, broker events, and client activations
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and external vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets

Reporting & Market Awareness

• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly marketing reports
• Monitor competitor activity and Dubai real estate market trends
• Share recommendations to improve lead quality and campaign performance

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Dubai real estate
• Strong understanding of Dubai secondary sales market
• Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and real estate portals
• Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising campaigns
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced brokerage environment
• Experience coordinating with agents, vendors, and external partners
