Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that drive brand growth and deliver measurable results. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital presence, from social media and content creation to SEO and paid advertising. This role requires a data-driven professional who can not only create compelling campaigns but also analyze performance data to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement digital media strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Social Media Management: Lead the planning, creation, and management of content across all social media platforms. This includes designing visuals, writing engaging copy, and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, track, and optimize campaigns on various platforms, including Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat). You'll also be responsible for creating and managing promotions and maintaining product listings on platforms like Facebook Shop.
- SEO & Analytics: Oversee all SEO activities, including keyword research and performance tracking. You will also conduct comprehensive website analysis and use tools like Google Analytics to track and monitor campaign performance.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly reports on digital marketing efforts, campaign performance, and key metrics, using data to suggest adjustments and optimize results.
- Content & Website Management: Create and update landing pages to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Engagement: Manage sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and organize marketing events to promote brand growth.

Your experience includes managing multiple facets of digital marketing, from social media and SEO to paid ads and reporting.
Key Competencies
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Content Creation: Skilled in designing visuals and writing compelling content.
- Analytics & Optimization: Proven ability to track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance to deliver measurable results.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to prepare and execute digital media strategies aligned with overall objectives.
- Reporting Skills: Experience in preparing detailed reports on marketing efforts and campaign metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a must.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
