Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans from conception to delivery. You will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts are data-driven, and directly contributing to our business growth. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in full-stack SEO, digital media marketing, and content generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust, data-backed marketing plans and roadmaps with clear deliverables, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
- Performance & Analysis: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Use a data-driven approach to optimize strategies and resource allocation.
- SEO Leadership: Lead our full-stack SEO strategy beyond basic WordPress plugins. This includes technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, backlink strategy, keyword research, and monitoring search engine algorithm updates to maintain and improve organic rankings.
- Content Generation: Oversee the entire content marketing lifecycle, from ideation and creation to distribution and promotion. Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Digital Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital media campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, PPC, and display advertising, with a strong focus on ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present marketing plans, results, and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Expert-level knowledge of full-stack SEO, including hands-on experience with technical SEO, schema markup, and advanced on-page and off-page tactics. Experience with platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush,Odoo and Google Search Console is a must.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful marketing plans with defined deliverables and KPIs.
- Proven track record in digital media marketing and managing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of successful content campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
