Job Summary:
Responsible for brand building and managing marketing & communication plans effectively to develop the brand throughout the KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Recommend and align with Global on KSA MarCom strategy and plans in line with Global brand strategy

Develop and execute local marketing calendar in alignment with Global marketing team aiming to increase brand awareness and relevance.

Deliver a strong and effective social media calendar and execution that drives brand awareness, recognition, and engagement across relevant social media platforms. Track & improve reach and engagement and share monthly social media reports.

Set the local PR strategy and deliver it to create buzz around the brand strengthen its trendiness. This includes influencers management, openings, events, collaborations and sponsorship while coming up with creative ways to present the brand on different occasions.

Generate and evaluate new ideas for promotions, articles, press releases, publicity, etc. and ensure coordination and consistency with internal marketing/advertising professionals.

Lead on all communication offline in our boutiques and cafes as well as online across all touchpoints. Develop relevant brand communication assets that follow the brand identity.

Lead on local customer understanding, market trends, competition, insights by being regularly in-touch with the market and sharing trends and recommendations with the relevant Local and Global team members.

Follow up on copywriting in Arabic & English for e-commerce and online communication.

Educate and enforce brand standards internally to maintain consistency of brand, editorial tone, and style.

Develop creative briefs for the internal creative team and external agencies to give clear directions for deliverables.

Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects Pachi’s brand identity.

Engage with fans and followers to build relationships with the communities and encourage engagement.

Handle local customer inquiries and complaints with relevant team members to ensure high brand satisfaction.

Manage approved budget diligently and in an optimal way, update budget tracking sheet and report regularly on budget status.

Promote the Ecommerce Platform as well as aggregators to increase online sales in coordination with the e-commerce team.

Drive sales; Analyze campaigns performance in terms of engagement and sales impact. Share reports and recommendations post campaign.

Maintain a deep knowledge about the company’s products and keep up to date with any relevant changes.

Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Public relations, Customer Service, or any related field.

Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience in a related field, F&B and luxury experience is a plus.
