Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the firm’s marketing and communications initiatives with a focus on strategic growth, brand development, and industry positioning. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of innovative marketing campaigns to increase firm awareness, enhance client engagement, and establish industry thought leadership. Working closely with firm partners and leadership, candidate will develop strategies that elevate the firm’s presence across digital, print, and event platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance firm visibility and drive growth.
  • Oversee the execution of innovative campaigns that promote the firm’s expertise, culture, and client successes.
  • Manage and evolve the firm’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and event platforms.

Digital Presence & Technology

  • Lead content management and optimization of the firm’s website, ensuring updates reflect current matters, achievements, and team highlights.
  • Manage the firm’s SharePoint site to streamline internal communication and resource sharing.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content creation, scheduling, engagement analytics, and brand alignment across platforms.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and analytics to measure performance, track engagement, and guide data-driven decisions.

Partnerships, Publications & Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate and professional organizations such as NYRAC and EDGE UP, supporting sponsorships, events, and collaborative opportunities.
  • Create and distribute firm newsletters highlighting thought leadership, recent transactions, attorney features, and firm updates.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop and publish articles, client alerts, and educational materials to strengthen the firm’s thought-leadership presence.
  • Coordinate firm events, panels, and networking opportunities, ensuring cohesive branding and visibility across all engagements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with firm leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives and practice area growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships (graphic design, printing, digital, PR) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or real estate organization.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, industry associations (NYRAC, REBNY, EDGE UP, etc.), and professional networking communities a plus.
