Senior Marketing Manager

  1. Strategic Marketing & Planning:
    Develop and execute integrated, project-specific marketing and launch plans 360-degree campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads for both off-plan and ready-property developments.
    Conduct deep market analysis, competitive research, and consumer segmentation especially for HNWIs and international investors to identify strategic opportunities and position new projects effectively.
    Define and manage the overarching marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are timed to maximize launch impact and sales velocity.
  2. Brand Management & Content Oversight:
    Guard the TARRAD brand identity, ensuring consistency, premium presentation, and adherence to luxury standards across all internal and external communication channels.
    Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, property videos virtual tours, drone footage, exhibition stand design, and advertising materials.
    Direct the development of compelling and unique value propositions for each project that resonate with the target demographic.
  3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
    Lead the entire digital marketing ecosystem, including strategy for SEO/SEM (PPC, Google Ads), social media advertising Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
    Manage and optimize the company website and property portals e.g Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle to ensure a high-quality user experience and maximize lead conversion rates.
    Work closely with the Sales team to establish lead qualification criteria and ensure a seamless handover process from marketing campaigns to the sales funnel.
  4. Agency & Budget Management:
    Manage relationships with external agencies, including creative, media buying, PR, and digital performance agencies, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
    Own and meticulously manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditure against planned activities and providing detailed variance analysis to senior management.
  5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, including Lead Volume, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate, and overall ROI.
    Provide regular, data-driven reports and actionable insights to the Executive team, recommending optimizations and strategic shifts based on performance metrics and market trends.
  6. Events, PR, and Partnerships:
    Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile project launch events, roadshows, and participation in key international and local real estate exhibitions (e.g Cityscape).
    Manage Public Relations efforts, including press release drafting, media relationship management, and securing positive editorial coverage in luxury and business publications.
