Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, enhancing brand awareness, and driving lead generation for the company’s construction services.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s construction services.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and public relations efforts.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media channels.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce marketing materials.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives and brand identity.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and graphic design tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
