Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic marketing direction of Takmeel Square and its associated brands. This full-time, on-site position in Bahawalpur requires an individual with proven expertise in real-estate marketing, campaign management, and brand leadership.

The Senior Marketing Manager will design and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage cross-platform campaigns, and build strong investor and client engagement while ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for Takmeel Square.
• Plan and oversee digital, print, outdoor, and event-based campaigns targeting investors, businesses, and the community.
• Lead the content, social-media, and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
• Build relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and public-relations firms.
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer data to guide future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and management teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Oversee marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and promotional events.

Experience

• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or property development .
• Proven record of leading multi-channel campaigns and managing creative and media agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and investor communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication .
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and digital-marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Bitrix 24).
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
