Position Overview: As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategy and enhancing our brand presence in the highly competitive Dubai real estate market. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, develop innovative campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
2. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
3. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and social media, to promote our properties and services.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, enabling data-driven decision-making.
5. Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
6. Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content, including blogs, articles, videos, and infographics, to engage and educate our target audience.
7. Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing, to generate leads and enhance online visibility.
8. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers in the real estate industry to expand our reach and enhance our brand reputation.
9. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
10. Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Proven experience in the real estate industry in Dubai is highly desirable.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
· Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
