We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and continuously refine the overall marketing strategy aligned with business, sales, and development objectives.
- Lead brand strategy across master developments and individual projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including launches, sales-driven initiatives, and long-term brand-building programs.
- Lead and manage all external agencies (creative, media, digital, PR, production, research).
- Prepare, manage, and control annual marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and commercial impact.
- Independently manage multiple projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' marketing experience, with mandatory experience within a real estate developer environment.
- Proven track record in brand development, market strategy, and high-impact campaign delivery.
- Demonstrated experience operating in lean or standalone marketing roles with full A-Z ownership.
- Strong experience managing agencies and influencing senior stakeholders.
