What is the Main Aim of This Position

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify brand research needs, manage requests from teams effectively using either internal resources or research agencies, and generate actionable insights. You will play a key role in answering business questions and shaping insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across the company. You will play a vital role in identifying key trends and anomalies that shape our company’s strategic & operational decisions .

What We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, etc,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in market research (preferably within the FMCG sector or with a mix of agency and client-side experience),
• Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (such as product testing, concept testing, and claim testing, as well as brand health and tracking studies, advertising effectiveness, and behavioral research,
• Hands-on experience in managing projects with research agencies,
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze panel data preferred (e.g., Nielsen, Ipsos),
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a pls),
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into compelling stories,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
