Senior Marketing Specialist/Lead

We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist/Marketing Lead to join us on this journey.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist/Marketing Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of brand management principles and a passion for supporting marketing campaigns and product initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in executing brand strategies, driving product visibility, and supporting market growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Market & Performance AnalysisConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to support strategic decision-making.Create actionable reports and recommendations from research findings.Support the creation of dashboards and performance summaries to track marketing KPIs.Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and assess market potential for new products.Brand & Campaign ManagementSupport to manage and plan the 360° marketing mix in line with the brand’s overall strategy and company objectives.Support to manage all components of brand communication to ensure consistency across all platforms.Work closely with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and timely campaign execution.Innovation & Product MarketingLead new product development (NPD) projects and manage the innovation pipeline from concept to launch.Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing input in product development processes.Support the execution of packaging design, product launches, and all related marketing activities.Assist in new product communication, including packaging briefs, in-store materials, and ATL/BTL assets.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments,Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods industries.Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and project management skills.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Solid understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and market analysis.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital tools and dashboards is a plus.
