We are seeking a dynamic
Senior Marketing Specialist
to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing action plans, managing events and campaigns, and strengthening partnerships with tenants and agencies to drive brand value and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing action plans aligned with brand strategy and market insights.

Manage marketing events/activities from planning to execution, ensuring KPIs are achieved.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international tenants, understanding their marketing needs and providing effective support.

Oversee marketing programs in collaboration with tenants, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

Lead and supervise marketing, digital, and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality performance and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, PMO, etc.) to ensure proper documentation and protect company assets.

Provide insights and recommendations for new commercial developments through market research and analysis.

Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and digital innovations to apply best practices.

Set up action plans, define tasks, and manage deadlines for events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one of the following sectors:

Shopping malls / retail
-
Marketing or events agencies
-
Marketing departments within Sports, Culture Ministries, or GEA
-
Strong knowledge of marketing management, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.

Established connections with KFOs and tenants.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software.
