The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager and Director in implementing FGC’s marketing and communication strategies. This role is hands-on and execution-focused building marketing and communication plans, events, and content initiatives across internal and external channels - while ensuring consistency with FGC’s brand and business objectives.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication Plans:

Contribute to the development of marketing and communication plans in alignment with FGC’s strategy.

Execute campaigns across digital, print, and offline platforms.

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Ensure all outputs reflect FGC’s brand identity and messaging guidelines.
Events & Activations:

Support planning and execution of company-hosted activations, exhibitions, and industry events.

Manage logistics, branding elements, content materials, and on-site requirements.

Assist in pre-event preparation and compile post-event performance reports.

Content & Digital Platforms

Maintain and update the corporate website with fresh content and minor revisions.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters and other outbound communications.

Contribute content ideas, draft messaging angles, and prepare creative briefs.

Support in organizing photoshoots, videos, and production of digital/print collateral.

Assist in managing FGC’s social media channels, including content scheduling and publishing.
Reporting & Coordination:

Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

Maintain trackers, calendars, and shared documentation to ensure smooth department operations.

Provide daily executional support to the Marketing Manager and Director.
Qualifications & Qualities:

Strong background in campaign execution, communications, and content management.

Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
