The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role requires hands-on experience in corporate marketing environments, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels in line with company objectives.

Support brand management activities to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, communications) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid campaigns.

Manage/co-manage the admin execution team.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as required.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking marketing expenditures.

Support events, product launches, and corporate marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2–6 years of proven experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role within a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign management.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
