Senior Marketing Specialist

📍 Location : Head Office, Cairo, Egypt

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Event & Seminar Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, seminars, trade exhibitions, and technical workshops.
  • Coordinate all logistics including venue selection, booth design, product displays, supplier management, invitations, and onsite operations.
  • Ensure professional presentation of glass and mirror samples, demo panels, and product showcases during all events.
  • Develop event briefs, timelines, and post‑event evaluation reports.
  • Collect and analyze attendee feedback to measure event impact and ROI, proposing improvements for future initiatives.


2. Brand Activation (Online & Offline)

  • Execute and oversee brand activation campaigns across retail partners, trade channels, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility, accurate product representation, and alignment with Saint‑Gobain’s corporate identity.
  • Support commercial teams by developing promotional concepts.
  • Monitor activation performance and optimize future campaigns based on results and customer insights.


3. Brand Awareness & Building

  • Support the implementation of annual brand strategies to strengthen market presence and reinforce product leadership in glass solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to global brand guidelines across all offline and digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, creative studios, printers, and suppliers to deliver high‑quality marketing outcomes.
  • Assist in competitor benchmarking, market analysis, and identifying opportunities to differentiate Saint‑Gobain Glass in the market.


4. Marketing Materials & Samples Management

  • Oversee the creation, design, and production of marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, flyers, leaflets, product sheets, and presentation tools.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of glass and mirror samples: preparation, customization, inventory management, distribution, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of samples for customer visits, events, and exhibitions.


  • 5. Digital & Social Media
  • Assist in managing social media content calendars, posting schedules, and online engagement strategies.
  • Develop and publish content (posts, articles, visuals, short videos) to promote brand awareness and highlight product applications.
  • Support paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Track platform analytics and performance KPIs, providing recommendations for content optimization.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand communications.
  • Knowledge of both offline and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Good eye for design; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
