Senior Marketing Specialist

SSC HR Solutions is a leading provider of outsourcing, recruitment, and HR consultancy services , supporting businesses across KSA, UAE, and Egypt. We partner with HR leaders and decision-makers to deliver scalable, high-impact workforce solutions.

We are in the lookout for a hands-on, performance-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to support our growth across the GCC region.

This role is focused on:

  • Lead generation
  • Campaign execution
  • Content creation (including in-house shooting)
  • Managing agencies and digital channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing (Core Requirement)
  • Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns (MUST) with agency
  • Manage campaigns targeting Egypt & GCC markets
  • Track and improve:
    • Cost per Lead (CPL)
    • Conversion Rates
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality
  • In-House Content Creation
  • Shoot and edit in-house content:
    • Office videos
    • Team interviews
    • Employer branding content
  • Support creation of short-form videos (Reels)
  • Ensure content reflects credibility and professionalism
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage SSC's presence on:
    • LinkedIn (primary)
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
  • Create and schedule content aligned with business goals
  • Focus on quality, authority, and consistency
  • Agency Management
  • Work closely with the social media/creative agency
  • Brief, review, and guide deliverables
  • Ensure all outputs match SSC's:
    • Tone
    • Positioning
    • Quality standards
  • Website Management
  • Manage and update website content
  • Optimize pages for lead generation (forms, CTAs, flow)
  • Work on SEO-driven content (blogs, landing pages)
  • Coordinate with developers if needed
  • Content & Thought Leadership
  • Support development of:
    • LinkedIn content
    • Case studies
    • Blog articles
  • Position SSC as a trusted HR partner in the GCC
  • Market Focus
  • Tailor campaigns and messaging along side social media agency
  • Monitor competitors performance
  • Stay updated on market trends in HR & outsourcing

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (MUST)
  • Experience in content creation/shooting (basic production skills required)
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Proficiency in Canva to create and edit marketing materials (social media posts, presentations, basic visuals) while maintaining brand consistency
  • Experience managing or updating websites
  • Strong Arabic & English communication skills
