Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of brand management principles and a passion for driving marketing campaigns and product initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies, enhance product visibility, and support market growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to support strategic decision-making and create actionable reports.

Develop dashboards and performance summaries to track marketing KPIs and contribute to pricing and market potential evaluations.

Support the management of the 360° marketing mix in alignment with brand strategy and company objectives.

Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms and channels.

Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.

Lead new product development (NPD) projects and manage the innovation pipeline from concept to launch.

Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to integrate marketing input into product development processes.

Execute packaging design processes, product launches, and related marketing activities, including ATL, BTL, and in-store materials.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments,

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods industries.

Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and project management skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Solid understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and market analysis.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with digital tools and dashboards is a plus.
