Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mason with strong technical knowledge in structural and finishing works. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in residential villa projects in the UAE and be capable of executing high-quality construction works independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute blockwork, plastering, steel fixing, shuttering, and concrete works
• Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with site standards
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades as required
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the worksite

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of total experience as a mason
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in construction
• Experience in residential villa construction in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Blockwork
• Plastering
• Steel fixing
• Shuttering
• Concrete works
• Physically fit and able to work on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on luxury or high-end villa projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
