We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSE Officer- Site foreman -electrician-plumber-carpenter-steel fitter-mason with driving license to join our team immediately.

Job Responsibilities1. HSE Officer (With Valid Driving License)

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies at project sites
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company safety standards
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action reports
• Coordinate safety training for workers and subcontractors
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
• Use company or personal vehicle to commute between sites and transport safety equipment when required

2. Site Foreman (With Valid Driving License)

• Supervise daily site activities and manage skilled and unskilled labor
• Coordinate work schedules for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, and steel fitters
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety on site
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and management
• Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records
• Drive team members to site locations to ensure timely attendance and smooth site operations

3. Electrician (With Valid Driving License)

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and fixtures
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts
• Perform testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting
• Ensure electrical works comply with safety standards
• Coordinate with other trades on site
• Drive team members and transport tools/materials to site for efficient execution

4. Plumber (With Valid Driving License)

• Install and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures
• Read plumbing drawings and follow approved layouts
• Detect and repair leaks, blockages, and system faults
• Ensure work quality and compliance with project standards
• Coordinate with civil and finishing teams
• Assist in team commute and material movement using valid driving license

5. Carpenter (With Valid Driving License)

• Execute formwork, shuttering, doors, cabinets, and finishing carpentry works
• Read and understand carpentry drawings and measurements
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in carpentry tasks
• Maintain tools and materials efficiently
• Coordinate with site foreman and other trades
• Support team mobility and site access through driving capability

6. Steel Fitter (With Valid Driving License)

• Fabricate and install steel structures as per drawings
• Handle cutting, bending, and fixing of steel components
• Ensure alignment, welding coordination, and safety compliance
• Inspect steel works for quality and accuracy
• Work closely with civil and structural teams
• Transport team and small tools between locations as required

7. Mason (With Valid Driving License)

• Perform block work, brickwork, plastering, and concrete-related tasks
• Follow layout drawings and site instructions accurately
• Ensure workmanship quality and site cleanliness
• Coordinate with foreman and other site teams
• Maintain tools and materials
• Use driving license to assist with team transportation and site logistics

Common Requirement for All Positions

• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to drive team members to and from site locations
• Support efficient manpower movement, punctuality, and site coordination
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
