Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Master Planner
with a
minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience
to work on complex master planning projects across the UAE. The role requires strong Revit capability and solid knowledge of
Dubai and Abu Dhabi planning codes and authority requirements
, with the ability to lead projects from concept to approvals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop master plans, feasibility studies, and urban planning concepts

Prepare and review master planning drawings, models, and reports using Revit

Ensure full compliance with Dubai and Abu Dhabi regulations and authority standards (DM, DDA, UPC, ADM, etc.)

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, infrastructure, and landscape

Manage authority submissions, responses, and approval processes

Perform site analysis, zoning studies, land-use planning, and development control reviews

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior planners

Interface with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure project alignment
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline

Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in master planning

Strong, hands-on experience with Revit

Demonstrated knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi planning codes, regulations, and approval processes

Experience working in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
