Job Title: Senior MEB Sales Manager

Position Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven MEB Sales Manager to lead the charge in selling modular electrical buildings (MEBs) and related turnkey solutions. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, build relationships with key decision-makers in power, oil & gas, data centers, and industrial sectors, and ensure revenue targets are not just met, but surpassed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive MEB sales across targeted industries.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, trade shows, and industry contacts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project teams to develop accurate proposals and technical solutions.
- Punctuality and strict adherence to office timings from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday). A hardworking and dedicated candidate with the ability to understand the office responsibilities and carry out their daily tasks with a strong commitment will be rewarded.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of MEB specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in industrial or technical sales, preferably in MEBs, E-Houses, or modular construction.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, and industrial project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings/specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
- Self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Performance Metrics
- Revenue growth against quarterly and annual targets.
- Number and value of new accounts secured.
- Pipeline velocity and close rates.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
