Job Vacancy: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, equipment, and conveyors.
• Conduct mechanical failure analysis and provide effective solutions.
• Supervise the installation of new mechanical equipment and ensure its compliance with industry standards.
• Suggest improvements to mechanical processes to increase efficiency.
• Train technicians on mechanical equipment handling.
• Ensure understanding of annual maintenance plans and receive daily and emergency tasks during the shift.
• Supervise and monitor the maintenance team during the shift to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement procedures and maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
• Conduct periodic inspections and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address any equipment or facility issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Maintain records of daily routine checklists/weekly motor checklists/weekly preventive maintenance schedules/quarterly preventive maintenance.
• Develop and manage a maintenance budget to optimize resources and control costs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality, and warehouses, to support operational and emergency maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety procedures to create a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, 5 years in feed mills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• PLC, SCADA, DCS, Lean Manufacturing, LSSBB, Kaizen, TPM systems are certified.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to give instructions and lead a team regarding electrical and mechanical problems.
• Diagnose faults, find root causes, and implement continuous improvement.
• A deep background in automation systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems.

Note: Food and accommodation will be provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs373,000.00 - Rs523,000.00 per month
