Job Description:

We are excited to expand our team and are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Field Service & Sales Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic workforce. The job role requires prior on-site experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of drilling, mining and construction machinery and equipment, together with experience in handling sales based tasks. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage maintenance and troubleshooting of our product offerings.

2. Address customer queries on maintenance and equipment faults.

3. Oversee and lead site visits for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery.

4. Conduct in-depth studies, analyze, and compile technical reports.

5. Interpret and understand mechanical drawings of machinery and related products.

6. Engage actively in ongoing training sessions and professional development classes.

7. Maintain effective communication with customers and team members via email and other communication tools.

8. Conduct Sales routine tasks which includes liaising with customers, generating reports, following up on communication with team members and actively handling in set goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (BEng Hons) in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

2. A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance.

3. Prior experience in the drilling, mining, and construction sectors is preferred.

4. Prior experience in a technical Sales based field in preferred.

Required Skills:

3. Hands-on approach to tasks and projects.

4. Proficiency in basic IT skills, including the MS Office Suite.

5. Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
