Electromechanical Technician

Job Vacancy: Electromechanical
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and maintain faults (electrical and mechanical) in tools, machines, control systems, and production lines.
• Handle input/output signals in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshoot related issues.
• Assemble, disassemble, evaluate, test, and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation, including motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Replace dies, cylinders, and consumables, as well as lubricate and change oils.
• Respond to emergency maintenance instructions and address problems with root causes and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare and review spare parts periodically and coordinate with the warehouse to request them via the ERP system.
• Implement periodic, routine, and preventive maintenance based on the plan approved by management.
• Maintenance plan: daily routine, weekly engine inspection checklist, and quarterly preventive maintenance.
• Monitor all machinery in the factory according to annual and any plans approved by the Maintenance Manager, including work orders (WOs), spare parts requests.
• Adhere to quality standards, occupational health and safety, and labor laws.
• Any other duties related to the job.

Qualifications Requirements:

• University diploma in mechatronics, electromechanical, or electrical control engineering with 5 years of industrial experience or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance in an industrial environment, 3 years in a feed mill.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Approved skills in PLC, SCADA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM systems.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to properly diagnose, detect, and address electrical and mechanical faults.
• Understanding technical drawings and electrical and mechanical schematics to facilitate installation and maintenance operations.
• Diagnose faults, find root causes, and implement continuous improvement.
• Strong background in the feed industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs187,000.00 - Rs202,000.00 per month
