Job Vacancy: Electrical Engineer
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, electrical panels, and control equipment.
• Conduct electrical fault analysis and provide appropriate solutions.
• Supervise the installation of new electrical equipment and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies and recommend improvements.
• Train technicians on handling electrical equipment.
• Understand annual maintenance plans and manage daily and emergency tasks during the shift.
• Supervise and monitor the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective task completion.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
• Conduct periodic inspections and reviews to identify improvement areas and address equipment or facility issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Maintain daily routine checklists, weekly motor checklists, weekly preventive maintenance schedules, and quarterly preventive maintenance records.
• Develop and manage a maintenance budget to optimize resources and control costs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse departments to support operational and emergency maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Controls or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including at least 5 years in feed mills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications in PLC, SCADA, DCS, Lean Manufacturing, LSSBB, Kaizen, and TPM systems.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to lead a team and provide clear instructions on electrical and mechanical problems.
• Strong skills in fault diagnosis, root cause identification, and continuous improvement.
• Deep background in automation systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems.

Note: Food and accommodation will be provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs375,000.00 per month
