Senior Mechanical Engineer

- Managing mechanical engineering design, review, and implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards, resulting in efficient and high-performance mechanical systems.

- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate the seamless integration of mechanical systems, preventing delays and ensuring smooth project execution.

- Reviewing mechanical designs, specifications, and technical submittals to verify accuracy, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best engineering practices.

- Supervising mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning activities to guarantee system functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

- Conducting site inspections and audits to identify and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Ensuring adherence to local and international mechanical codes and safety regulations to mitigate risks and maintain project credibility.

- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources for mechanical works to optimize efficiency, control costs, and meet project deadlines.

- Preparing technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for project stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and successful project completion.

- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines, architects, and project managers to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall project planning and execution.

- Evaluating and approving mechanical materials, equipment, and suppliers to ensure efficiency, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness in project implementation.

- Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies for mechanical systems to prevent disruptions and ensure project continuity.

Requirements

- Education: BSc. Engineering Mechanical.
- Experience: 7+ years of Proven work experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction project management
- Skills: Planning - Organizing - Detail orientation.
- Abilities & Attitude: Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office.
