Senior Mechanical Engineer – Facilities Maintenance

• Manage operation & maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Pumps, Water/Wastewater).
• Plan & execute preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance.
• Supervise contractors, vendors & AMCs, ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards.
• Monitor BMS systems, utilities consumption & prepare reports (KPI, PPM, incidents).
• Lead technical teams, conduct inspections, and ensure smooth facility operations (airports, hospitals, malls, high-rise).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma accepted with strong O&M background).
• 10–18 years’ experience in Facilities Management / O&M projects.
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, firefighting, STP/RO plants.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Good communication & vendor management skills.
