Your day involves dis-assembly, cleaning & inspection, repair, and reassembly of different rotating equipment (centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, valves, dry gas seals). Collaborating with a talented Siemens Energy team, utilize specialized tools, uphold safety protocols, and ensure timely project delivery while promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform mechanical dis-assembly, cleaning & inspection, repair, rotor balancing, lifting, and reassembly activities of different rotating equipment (centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, valves, dry gas seals).
• Collaborate within a cross-functional Siemens Energy team to achieve high-quality standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and inclusiveness while working with the Siemens Energy service center team.
• Plan daily activities, follow detailed repair work instructions, use specialized tools, maintain accurate quality records, and ensure tools and equipment are prepared for the job.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR, EHS, and QMS requirements, while monitoring key performance indicators such as non-conformance items, on-time delivery, and safety actions.

What You Bring

• Qualification in repair operations or manufacturing and production environment, with hands-on experience of 5-10 Years on rotating equipment (, Reciprocating and Centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, valves, dry gas seals).
• Knowledge of industry best practices, international standards, and field service experience with rotating equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English, with Arabic language skills preferred.
• Demonstrates proactivity, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong team player and communicator, fostering a "speak-up" culture and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Eager to learn, develop professionally, and maintain a quality-focused mindset.
