Technician

Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled FM Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Handle daily repairs and troubleshooting issues within the facility
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from occupants
• Ensure proper functioning of building systems and report major issues

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in accommodation or residential facilities
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and maintenance standards
