Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-obsessed Senior Media Buyer to spearhead our paid user acquisition efforts across key GCC markets and Iraq. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-budget campaigns, directly impacting our growth and profitability. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on scaling successful campaigns and diving deep into analytics to unlock new opportunities.

What will you do:
  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive profitable customer acquisition in Iraq, KSA, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait.
  • Budget & Performance Ownership: Manage significant advertising budgets with full accountability for ROI, ROAS, and CAC targets. Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and placements to maximize efficiency.
  • Creative & Landing Page Leadership: Collaborate with creative teams to ideate, brief, and A/B test high-converting ad creatives.
  • Build and optimize landing pages using platforms like Easy Orders, Lightfunnel, and YouCan to ensure seamless user journeys.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Perform daily analysis of campaign performance. Use insights from Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and GTM to make rapid, data-driven decisions for scaling winning campaigns and cutting underperformers.
  • Testing & Innovation: Design and run structured tests (creative, audience, copy, landing pages) to discover new growth levers and improve overall campaign efficiency.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present clear, actionable performance reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.

What will make you Successful:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, specifically within the MENA region.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns (five-figure monthly budgets minimum) in Iraq, KSA, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Hands-on experience in briefing, creating, and testing engaging ad creatives (static, video, carousels).
  • Practical experience building and optimizing landing pages on platforms like Easy Orders, Lightfunnel, or YouCan.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of campaign profitability, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
  • Expert knowledge of tracking implementation and analysis using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing or influencer collaboration platforms.
  • Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Figma) or video editing for quick creative iterations.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.
