Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you act as a trusted strategic partner to luxury brands, balancing refined brand stewardship with performance-driven execution. You translate client objectives into clear briefs, oversee content and media workflows from concept to delivery, and ensure campaigns meet the highest standards on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. With a strong understanding of performance, reporting, and media buying, you bring clarity to decision-making while building lasting client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is for a confident, proactive professional who combines luxury sensibility with operational excellence and a solutions-first mindset.


What You’ll Do

Define and Drive Client Excellence

  • Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, market landscape, and objectives to guide informed decision-making.
  • Ensure client needs are translated into clear, actionable briefs that align strategy, content, and performance.
  • Own the end-to-end account experience, delivering work that meets the highest standards of quality, timing, and budget control.

Guide and Lead Client Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, confidently leading the team in managing day-to-day requests while anticipating future needs.
  • Represent the agency in client discussions, presentations, and pitches, contributing to new business growth.

Bridge Strategy, Content, and Performance

  • Oversee content creation workflows from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars that balance creativity, consistency, and performance.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize media buying campaigns in collaboration with performance teams.

Deliver Insight, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver clear reports and analysis that translate data into meaningful insights for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Take initiative in refining how accounts are managed to elevate overall agency standards.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management within a digital or integrated marketing environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently.
  • A clear affinity for luxury brands and an understanding of premium brand expectations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build lasting professional relationships based on trust and credibility.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working closely with content, creative, and media teams.
  • Exposure to pitching and business development.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
